INAUGURAL LOWCOUNTRY DOGAPALOOZA, April 9th

Event season is back and Lowcountry Dog is adding another exciting new festival to their event roster! Lowcountry Dog Magazine and Pet Supplies Plus are proud to present Lowcountry Dogapalooza and it is expected to be the biggest adoption event hosted in the area. From 12 to 6 pm, all dog lovers and anyone possibly looking for their new furry best friend is encouraged to come out to Hanahan Amphitheater on Saturday, April 9th. There's so much in store for this FREE dog-friendly, family friendly music festival and adoption event and it is coming up very soon!

Lowcountry Dogapalooza will have more adoptable dogs than ever before with 20 different rescues and shelters on site from the Charleston area to North Myrtle Beach.  There will be a whole line-up of local bands and artists ready to put on a great show for a great cause. There will be something for everyone including drinks from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Estuary Brewery as well as other offerings, thanks to Southern Eagle Distributors. Food trucks and local vendors will be on hand to serve all the attendees .

Co-Headlining the bill for the inaugural festival is Human Resources and Faith Schueler.

Human Resources is an American indie-pop band from Charleston, SC. Formed in 2015 by Dries Vandenberg, Aaron Utterback, Paul Chelmis, and Matt Zutell, HR quickly adopted a unique role in the blossoming Charleston music scene as a more pop-centric counterpart to the neo-southern and indie rock acts prevalent in the area.  Human Resources also played at the 2021 Woofstock Music Festival for Lowcountry Dog.

Charleston Native, Faith Schueler at just twenty years old has already left her mark on the music industry and has earned the respect and admiration from both major stars and industry executives and is considered one of the top breakout artists of this year having recently gone viral with more than 15 million views and her recent single “Getting Over You” amassing more than 550,000 streams. Her music is being played on radio stations nationwide and she has also signed a major footwear deal where she is personally curating a line being sold under her name.  You can see a recent performance with ACM and CMA Best New Artist Jimmie Allen here  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtcUCdKd0ow

Faith previously released a female empowerment anthem “March On Girl” which made its way into the pages of US Weekly, Life & Style and Star Magazine

Rounding out the line-up is The Eighty Sixers, Jay Van Raalte & the Spectrum, and Sean Keefer.  Admission is FREE and well behaved leashed dogs are welcomed to attend.
