New Thrift Store Benefits Pet Helpers and Charleston Animal Society

The thrift store junkie in me hesitates to tell you about a new thrift store slated to open in Charleston this December. I'm fiercely protective of my local thrifty haunts and I have a growing list of friends begging me to tell them where I got my new "fabulous" chair for "next to nothing." Worried about an ever growing competition for all the goodies, I rarely give my friends the info they are dying to know, and my recalcitrant attitude is jokingly referred to as "Leah's Area 51." I'll tell you where I got that leather chesterfield sofa for $20, but I'd have to kill you. So there's definitely part of me that would perfectly happy  if I was the only person who knew about the new store opening, that way I could get first dibs on all the cool stuff I'm sure to find inside.

But the animal lover in me wants to shout the news from the rooftops because all the profits from the thrift store go directly to Pet Helpers and Charleston Animal Society! So, I'm happy to announce the opening of the new Animal Helpers ReTail Thrift Store. See you there, but beware of my elbows. They are extremely pointy and I am not afraid to use them!

The Animal Helpers Retail Resale Store is a joint venture between the Charleston Animal Society and Pet Helpers.
