Greyhound Pets of America Adoptable Dogs

If you are interested in adopting a greyhound, we recommend that you learn more about Greyhound Pets of America - Charleston's adoption process. Each adoption comes with a STARTER BAG including a chew bone, toy, dental kit, grooming glove, shampoo, fish oil pills, (1) heartworm pill, and (1) frontline application. Remember that if you are unable to adopt at this time, you can still foster or volunteer!

1. Brewton

  • Brewton is a handsome red fawn boy who will be arriving in Charleston from Florida in late March. He has a birthdate of May 2007 and he raced at 70 lbs. He is suppose to NOT be kitty friendly.

2. Gunner

  • Glockson (nicknamed Gunner) arrived in Charleston on February 12th. He is a handsome white and fawn boy who is 4 years old. He is adjusting well to retired life and is quickly learning the house rules. And he has already found the dog bed and the toy box!! He is a little curious around kitties but he is workable. He gets along well other dogs and he has patience for some small dogs. We believe he would do best in a home with other dogs. And because he can be a bit rambunctious, we think a home with older children would be best.

3. Laverne

  • Laverne is a pretty black and white female who will be arriving in the Charleston area from Florida in late March. She has a birthdate of December 2006. She is suppose to NOT be kitty friendly.
