My "big dog" Sully & I could defiantly use some training to curb his crazy barking!
Pansy wonts to be the best dog in the world!!!!!
My 5 little angels (lol) don't need the training, but our foster dog, Justice, sure could use the help!! :)
Dodger and I could use some leash training and how to politely meet friends!! He's got the basics and is food motivated, but I have no clue how to work out these kinks!!
Watson's already got most of the basics down, at least as long as I am present. However, he's still only about ten months old, and there are some things that I just don't know how to teach him. Since I eventually want to enter him into pet therapist training, I think your training program would be an excellent way to help polish up his behaviors, as well as teach me how to teach him more.
My sweet little rescue pup Penny could really use some manners. She's the best dog in the whole world... but she gets SO excited when she sees other dogs or kids. She just LOVES them all so much she runs circles around me and wraps me up in her leash. :)
I rescued Sophie (abt 6 yrs) in February and Robbie (abt 4 yrs) in May. Both are poodle mixes but they are as different as day and night. Sophie is my "wild child", hard to calm, hard to control. Robbie is calm and quiet, just wants to be on your lap. Five days a week I'm at work with travel about 10 hours. They both have potty training issues. One ( I haven't discovered which) is destructive, chewing everything in sight. They need to have "manners", they need help with potty training and I need to resolve the chewing. They are wonderful companions but I don't like my house being ruined. I've tried training on my own but it just hasn't worked.
We rescued our 1 yr old Bullie recently and she def needs to learn some manners! She is soooo sweet, but has never been taught how to play and listen. All she wants to do is sit in our laps and be loved.
So pansy will love every body!!!!!!!!!!!
We recently rescued our one year old Bullie and she was never taught to play or listen to commands. She is sooo sweet but she could def use some manners. all she wants to do is sit in our laps and love us.
My dog wants to attend a course dealing with reactivity.
My sweet dog Hurley is recently rescued and training is a great way for us to bond!
My 2-year-old chocolate rescue lab, Ellie, was found starving in the Francis Marion Forest earlier this year. She is happy and healthy in her forever home now but she considers the leash something to escape from. She has no leash manners whatsoever and is in desperate need of training. She apparently has had some basic training in her "previous" life because she will sit, stay, and drop the ball on command. She knows "come" but prefers to obey that one only when she's done smelling whatever it is that's caught her interest. She is very obedient and eager to please so I know she's trainable. Like Ellie, I have some "basic training" in how to teach a dog but nothing extensive or formal. I would like to foster again in the future and knowing how to correctly teach manners will help me make the fosters even more adoptable. Thank you for considering us.
My (not so) little year and a half old newest addition Bruno wants a pedigree with TLC! He gets along GREAT with other dogs (especially his older 'sister'); but he is soo skittish when we bring out the leash or try to get him to come to us outside, or....you get the point. He was a rescue from the James Island Pet Helpers and so we don't have a full background but it does break our heart that he is so skittish and we want to figure out how to increase his confidence and obedience.
Our foster dog, Justice, would definitely benefit from 7 weeks of group training. We are currently working on her doggie social skills.
Our rescued puppy, April, definitely needs a little TLC!
