6th Annual Walk for Water

The 6th Annual Walk for Water will take place Saturday, March 24th at 9:00 am at Cannon Park in Downtown Charleston (Corner of Calhoun Street and Rutledge Ave). Registration is $15 and includes a t-shirt if register by March 15; Children under 10 years old are free. Dogs welcome! Register online at www.watermissions.org/walk

Starting in 2007, the Water Missions International's Walk for Water advocates for those affected by the global water crisis while raising funds to provide safe water around the globe. During the approximately 3.5 mile walk, participants carry a bucket of water to symbolize the trek that women and children make each day to collect water in developing countries. Donations collected for the Walk for Water will support Water Missions International's response to the global water crisis through sustainable safe water and sanitation solutions around the world.
