Planet Bark Doggy Daycare, Overnight Boarding and Grooming

About Us:

We offer Doggie Day Care, Overnight Boarding and Grooming.

What is Doggie Day Care? It is a new concept in K-9 care designed and made popular by busy dog owners who love their dogs. Doggie Day Care offers these owners an option of giving their dogs a day of play rather than the boredom and anxiety of being home alone. Planet Bark is a “cageless” environment where all our doggie guests spend an entire day playing in groups of canine and human friends.

Planet Bark offers a structured and supervised day care program designed to meet each individual dog’s developmental and social needs. Additionally, our well trained staff will reinforce basic commands, so your dog returns educated and most importantly, tired!

Planet Bark is proud to offer Luxury Boarding for your favorite K- 9. We are the only facility in the Charleston area boasting “Premier Doggie Suites and Condos”, instead of cold, metal kennels. Planet Bark is a true “home-away-from-home” experience.

These suites or condos come in two different sizes to accommodate single or multiple dog families. Our resort features futons or elevated dog beds in each sleeping quarter.
No sleeping on cold, concrete floors here! Your dog will love our climate controlled suites and condos with dimming lights, soft music….and don’t forget our soothing, nighttime belly rub.

Our typical boarding day starts with a 6 am wake-up call, followed by a visit to our outdoor play area and a hearty breakfast. With their bellies full, it’s off to Doggie Day Care for a day of fun and frolic with their canine friends. After a day of play and companionship, they are given their evening snack and “tucked in” for the night.
