Hello, Dog Lovers of the Lowcountry. On Oct. 25th at 1:00 there will be a Halloween Dog Paw-rade at Summerville's new dog park - Wassamassaw - to benefit local teen, Tony Pasquino, who is in need of a liver transplant.
